I always love a clever title, so you had me at “You’re No Longer on Mute.”

This is a timely study and good application of an emerging theory – the Technology Acceptance Model. I’ll scoff a bit at how much Technology Acceptance evokes Uses and Gratifications but it’s still clearly an appropriate framework for the study.
