SAN MARCOS, Texas – COVID-19 has made an extreme impact on the world, causing many people to lose jobs, places to eat, and placing fear on us. While news began early on, many people didn’t imagine how big this was going to be. The virus has caused many people to change their daily routines, work from home and experience what it’s like being home for most of their days. Many businesses are dying, some are closed until further notice, others are practicing “social distancing”. While it continues to advance, we all need to do the very best we can to take care of our minds and bodies. Although all gyms are closed we can find other ways to physically and mentally take care of our bodies.
My girlfriend, Taylor and I enjoying the nice weather as we do our daily walks on the trail behind my apartment. The pool is completely empty on this beautiful sunny day because of COVID-19. My roommate, Reece Reznicek, cooking eggs and bacon to start off the day. Since all the gyms are closed, these three are my best friends. Enjoying the nice weather as I do Zoom class calls and homework on the balcony. Starting to become addicted to Ozark on Netflix. Some new reads I’m able to start because of the time I’m spending at home. H-E-B limiting products per consumer to prevent people from overbuying and running out of merchandise. H-E-B completely out of toilet paper and paper towels. H-E-B encourages people to practice social distancing in stores to help prevent the spread of COVID-19
