The first data visualization is a map of some public campus artwork found on the Texas State University System website as Texas State’s selected works. Untitled, Texas Door, and untitled (in the beginning was the photon) are on the side of buildings, while River of Leaves hangs from the ceiling of Gaillardia Hall.

The second data visualization revisits the photo gallery I took earlier this semester, with 10 statues, objects, and buildings included in a StoryMap. Rather than discuss the icons’ significance to students, the visualization will view why they came to TXST.
The third data visualization shows the stylistic influence of Texas State’s education buildings up to 2004 and the number, created in Flourish. The report the data comes from (pages 6-7) was initially compiled by the Fall 2004 HISTORY 5373 graduate class and completed by Volz & Associates. I left out the buildings that are demolished or are being demolished and included the former names of a few buildings.
