A free Super Smash Bros. tournament is held in the Alkek library every Tuesday starting at 6:30 p.m.
The tournament was started in 2016 and is now run by tournament organizer Austin Wheeler.
Friendly matches start around 5 p.m., doubles matches start at 6:30 p.m. and singles matches start at 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday. Other tournaments are held Thursday at Texas Gamer’s Lounge and Saturday at a tournament member’s house. The Alkek tournament brings in the most participants because it’s free, whereas the others have an entry fee.
